SITUATION: Walmart’s need for content across its social channels exceeds the capacity of their in-house team. To meet the demand, they turned to outside partners for help creating posts and campaigns for Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. Our relationship means Tilt is often tapped to help create the next social campaign.
SOLUTION: One such series was called “How We Home,” which integrated featured products to drive interest and awareness that Walmart had these new offerings. We used camera-to-cloud technology to allow relevant parties to actively participate in shoots, comment live, and identify takes to be used in editorial. This streamlined the process and helped shorten timelines for delivery. The campaign was distributed across Walmart’s owned social media and on their YouTube channel.
