Associate Account Director

Description

The Associate Account Director serves a critical function for us on the Walmart account by providing leadership and driving strategic growth. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining our client’s business goals and is suitable for a natural leader with a hands-on approach. Open communication with internal teams—Account Management, Creative, Strategy, Production, Integrated Production—as well as with Senior Leadership is essential to delivering successful campaigns for our client. It’s also part of the Tilt culture. The Associate Account Director can work collaboratively to influence smart ideas and is up for having the tougher client and internal conversations if necessary. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail environments and in content development of all shapes and sizes. This position is local to the Northwest Arkansas area and requires occasional travel.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow positive relationships within Walmart as well as with its suppliers and vendors.
  • Develop deep knowledge and understanding of Walmart’s brand and reputation.
  • Identify needs and find opportunities for growth—existing or new—for Walmart and Tilt.
  • Champion creative ideas and collaborate on strategic concepts.
  • Develop relevant and effective proposals and advertising campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day activities while supporting teams in the execution of content across all deliverables, including Walmart’s in-store digital screens, website, and its social platforms.
  • Work with the Account Director and Project Manager on financial scope, team staffing, schedules, and budgets.
  • Navigate complex internal and client business processes.
  • Provide clear, thoughtful, and proactive communication.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS)
  • Empathetic problem-solver who embraces challenges
  • Expert knowledge of content development/video production processes
  • Experience in retail and shopper marketing
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing client environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to seek out and act on opportunities
  • Reside in Northwest Arkansas with occasional travel, including to Tilt’s headquarters in Richmond, Va.

Integrated Producer

Description

The Integrated Producer plays a pivotal role in helping a variety of teams work together to develop a best-in-class creative product. They autonomously manage day-to-day responsibilities of production for small and medium projects, including bidding, sourcing, scheduling and through to final delivery. The Integrated Producer thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates strong judgment in the face of ambiguity. They will play a significant role in the evolution of production capabilities with an eye for creativity and efficiency. This position is local to our Richmond, Va. offices and will work closely with one of our financial institution clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assesses ability to execute creative concepts and produce them within the provided budget and timeline.
  • Bids work to obtain competitive pricing/scheduling.
  • Coordinates and supervises all internal and client approvals.
  • Facilitates all assets and delivers them on time and to proper specifications.
  • Attends shoot with Account Management, Creative, and Client.
  • Approves and manages all expenses related to the job.
  • Delivers final completion reports and all asset files to archive.
  • Maintains a thorough knowledge of best practices across different channels.
  • Communicates clearly with Creative and Account teams to manage expectations on overall production.
  • Manages day-to-day workflow on small and medium projects.
  • Keeps abreast of current trends and the latest technological advances across all social media platforms and other emerging content channels.
  • Able to research and source practical ideas and solutions that complement stakeholder needs.
  • Is comfortable balancing time and priorities across multiple projects with little oversight.
  • Actively builds their network to connect the dots from Creative team needs to a network of freelancers in order to source the right partner for the right job.

Requirements

  • 5 years (or equivalent) production experience. Must have technical knowledge of multiple disciplines in content production.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to promote department and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player.
  • Keen creative problem-solving skills and extremely detail-oriented.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel one or more times a month.
