Job Overview
Tilt Creative + Production is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth, expand our client base, and establish key partnerships. This high-impact role requires a strategic thinker with a strong network in advertising, marketing, and production. Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Execute Growth Strategy: Build a robust business development plan that aligns with our creative and production services.
- Identify & Secure New Clients: Target advertising agencies, brands, and corporate clients looking for innovative content solutions.
- Expand Industry Network: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, marketing executives, and media professionals.
- Lead Full Cycle: Manage prospecting(actively developing and contacting prospective partners and leveraging CRM) , outreach, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with our production and marketing teams to develop compelling pitches and tailored solutions.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor market developments, competitive strategies, and emerging opportunities in advertising and production.
- Represent Tilt at Industry Events: Attend conferences, networking functions, and trade shows to elevate brand awareness and generate leads.
- Travel Requirements: Approximately 20% of your time will be spent traveling for client meetings and involvement in industry events.
