Project Manager

Tilt Creative + Production is looking for a project manager to join our team. You should be highly motivated and organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be familiar with video content production processes.

The project manager will help facilitate collaboration across our account, strategy, creative, production, and post-production teams. The role is responsible for understanding the goals and timelines of all projects for assigned accounts and tracking progress to assure we always meet client goals and deadlines.

When project workloads change, the ideal team member will adapt with speed and grace. This role is vital to moving projects through the system, helping teams work together effectively, and ultimately delivering the best work possible for our clients. We’re looking for the talented project manager who can do just that.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal workflow of projects from job inception through completion.
  • Evaluate project requests and activate the appropriate resources in conjunction with the account teams.
  • Internal contact for all other departments within the agency.
  • Maintain accurate deliverable information for each project (content channel, output specs, tagging info, etc.)
  • Partner with company department heads for accurate workload forecasting.
  • Open and Maintain project job jackets to ensure all information is updated and archived (Briefs, scripts, deliverable files, etc).
  • Maintain accurate concepting and production timelines and enforce all project schedules.
  • Daily communication with various team members to keep projects moving and on schedule.
  • In conjunction with senior account person, determine appropriate approval processes.
  • Meet regularly with director of account services and senior account person to assess current and future project needs.
  • Develop project management tools and workflows as needed.
  • Train, coach and mentor junior project manager(s) on your account/team.

  • College degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field required.
  • Five to seven years professional experience required. Ad agency experience or in-house marketing / communications experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required. Familiarity with project management software and file collaboration tools is preferred.
