Partnership Manager
Description
The Partnership Manager will effectively manage the day-to-day activities of assigned internal projects as well as those relating to their client account(s). The role includes helping to develop and oversee paid advertising campaigns and content creation, ensuring that we are delivering outstanding work for our clients. The Partnership Manager must demonstrate a successful level of leadership, great communication skills, and a solid understanding of retail and marketing industries.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the day-to-day activities on assigned projects internally and with clients.
- Serve as point of contact for client and suppliers for paid advertising opportunities.
Review contracts for supplier commitments, insuring they are compliant with all requirements. - Respond to requests for information.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, securing their respect and loyalty and collaborating on accomplishing their goals.
- Master basic company processes including developing project schedules, working with strategy to ensure projects are briefed accurately, aligning with creative and production teams on budgets and deliverables, and maintaining timely and accurate information in Tilt’s CRM tool.
- Support team in execution of campaign across all deliverables.
Manage budgets accurately alongside Tilt Partnership Director, Account Director, and Finance. - Keep leadership informed of important client and internal team updates.
- Excel in a fast-paced, ever changing client environment while communicating updates, new projects, and information to the internal team in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
- Clear, thoughtful, and proactive communicator
- Excellent organizational skills: self-starter, ability to handle multiple tasks at one time, detail-oriented
- Problem solver

- College degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required

IT Manager
Description
Tilt Creative + Production seeks an Information Technology Manager with a strong desire to learn and take part in our information security systems. The IT Manager will report directly to the Chief Information Technology Officer and help in the overall function of IT support as well as the implementation of our IT security and structure.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and support/implement company IT support.
- Collaborate with different members of the IT team to ensure all goals are met and that we are carrying out best practices.
- Receive and distribute IT equipment while maintaining ongoing relationships with vendors.
- Oversee the inventory management system to track all company equipment.
- Responsible for the oversight and implementation of the security strategy.
- Manage employees of the Security team to ensure the highest standards of security controls for the organization.
- Responsible for the prevention, detection, and response controls for the company.
- Enforce policies and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day work of employees directly and through supervision of lead staff.
- Coach and develop staff.
- Oversee the security controls for the organization.
- Ensure best practices are followed when implementing new security processes or technologies.
- Responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the security architecture for the company.
- Play a critical role in managing the successful response to a wide range of potential security incidents.
- Coordinate the daily activities and training of security staff to develop their technical expertise.
- Assign tasks and projects to security staff; monitor progress of projects and task assignments to ensure work is being completed by agreed upon time frames.
- Make decisions as necessary to keep projects on schedule.
- Train other personnel on the company’s security policies and procedures; maintain and update company-wide security training programs.
- Coordinate with law enforcement to ensure all crimes against the company are properly handled.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
Ideally, this person desires to advance and grow into the Information Security Manager position and already possesses some of the following qualifications:
- Good understanding of data communication topologies, protocols, various types of data communications equipment, and company network structure.
- Excellent understanding of the following technologies: VPN, IPsec, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, DNS, SMTP, and penetration testing.
- Excellent understanding of web application technologies and exploits.
- Excellent knowledge of how security is implemented in networking equipment and on various platforms; knowledge should include a thorough understanding of firewalls, packet filtering routers, and security mechanisms implemented in various operating systems, databases, and applications.
- Strong understanding of various security technologies, including remote access systems, strong authentication techniques, encryption, and digital certificates.
- Excellent knowledge of various security tools, including syslog analyzers, intrusion detection software, penetration scanning software, and auditing software.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and how to properly secure them.
- A knowledgeable and experienced “people” person who can assist other team members with a positive and helpful attitude on IT-related issues.
- Willing to take on a wide range of roles and responsibilities and looking to advance in a growing company.

- An effective communicator who can present information to all levels of an organization.
- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related experience, including prior supervisory or management experience.(A combination of post-high school education, job-elated certification, and related experience equivalent to 5 years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements.)
Account Manager
Description
The Account Manager leads day-to-day relationships with clients for their assigned account(s). This role requires successful leadership skills, precise and clear communication, and a solid understanding of advertising and marketing. The Account Manager works with the Account Director to ensure that we consistently deliver outstanding work for our clients.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the day-to-day activities on assigned projects internally and with clients.
- Responsible for mastering basic company processes, including developing project schedules, working closely with strategy teams to ensure they are briefed accurately, aligning with creative and production teams on budgets and deliverables, and collaborating with clients on accomplishing their goals.
- Maintain updated project details through internal status sheets and client meetings.
- Manage budgets accurately with Finance Director and Account Director.
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, securing their respect and loyalty.
- Support team(s) in developing and executing strategies for campaigns across all deliverables.
- Keep leadership informed of important client and internal team updates.
- Excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing client environment while communicating updates, details on new projects, and other information to the internal team in a timely manner.
Requirements
